The database is a permanent record. Entries remain archived even if an account goes dark, changes its handle, or gets suspended.

Offsetting accounts often go inactive for months hoping community attention fades before quietly returning or transferring handles. Maintaining permanent records prevents these "ghost" accounts from slipping back into community spaces unnoticed.

No. Guilt by association is not sufficient for inclusion. Users follow accounts for various reasons, including independent research, monitoring bad actors, or forgotten old follows.

We strictly require evidence of active engagement, such as posting predatory rhetoric, approvingly sharing harmful content, defending documented offenders, or participating in harassment campaigns.

Predatory networks and bigoted subcultures routinely overlap. Slurs, transphobia, racism, and targeted hate speech are frequently weaponized within these networks to intimidate victims, silence whistleblowers, and isolate vulnerable creators. Documenting this overlap provides a complete picture of high risk community safety threats.

Every submission is manually reviewed piece by piece by Flynn and Rin. Automated tools cannot catch sophisticated fakes, evaluate context, or cross check deleted threads across web archives. We intentionally prioritize 100% accuracy over speed to eliminate false entries.

Predatory subcultures often use coded acronyms, specific emoji combinations, and vague phrasing to bypass automated moderation.

We do not add accounts based solely on an ambiguous emoji. However, we evaluate the total context: if an account relies on known dog whistles, interacts exclusively with documented offenders, and consistently amplifies predatory takes, the pattern of conduct becomes clear.

If an entry was caused by a verified error (such as a handle typo, an offender's former handle being claimed by a new user, or a fabricated screenshot), contact us directly via DM.

You must provide objective proof (such as archive links proving handle change timelines or original unedited files). Verified errors are corrected or removed immediately. Mass reporting or vague complaints will be ignored.
